Lifestyle Medicine is a way of life that includes exercise, proper nutrition, invigorating sleep, stress management, entertainment and travel, good interpersonal relationships, all leading to well-being. Combining this philosophy with the design and construction processes, a modern accommodation was created with a selection of quality and certified natural materials environmentally friendly. Specific emphasis was given to the incorporation of sustainability in the construction and operation of the hotel. Feeling the anxiety and cautiousness of traveling and taking into consideration the new requirements and different priorities during Covid age, hygiene and safety constitute the top ranking issue for them. The design and implementation of the project would be impossible if their collaborators and friends Savvas and Sofia, in architectural and interior design and the civil engineers Panagiotis, Michalis and Marinos had not shared their vision.
